No big updates this week, just a simple request.
If you haven’t gotten your tickets yet…
We need to start wrapping up (not final, but ballpark) counts for who will be attending the event. This will help us lay out how many chairs/tables we’ll need to have out, whether we need to squeeze our vendors into less-than-10×10 booth spaces, as well as counts for the venue’s kitchen, goodie bags, and so on and so on.
Also, as a reminder. The deadline for discounted hotel rooms ENDS NEXT WEDNESDAY (Sept. 23rd.) After that, they release the remaining hotel block rooms to the general public.
